2025 OUTLOOK: Thank you to all my 2024 fishing guests. This past season was very productive on most days, especially in Frankfort. We experienced the best Salmon fishing in years. I’m not sure if the same thing will happen in 2025, but the future of Lake Michigan looks solid. Both of my Lake Huron ports (Port Austin and Drummond Island) were also good for a variety of species which included Lake Trout, Walleye, Coho, Atlantics, Steelhead, and even an increase of Chinooks.
