Here are a few recent photos. Fishing at the tip of Michigan’s thumb has been outstanding, but the fish are moving around in search of baitfish. The usual productive areas that are only 5-9 miles from Grindstone has been slow, but there are plenty of fish scattered in deep water, up to 200′. In addition, there are scattered Steelhead out there in the top 30 feet hitting orange colored spoons. Just head offshore, and you will run into fish. As of right now, Walleye are still mostly in the bay and have not invaded our area as of yet, due to cool water and north winds. I only have a few openings left, but will be happy to recommend someone if you call. Have a great summer.
